OC Groups welcomes groups of all sizes. Bookings will be placed
on hold for 21 days unless within 30 days of travel. After 21
days bookings will need to be reserved with payment or will
be cancelled. Names of all travelers must be received 30 days
prior to travel date. OCGroups reserves the right to
offer group rates to selected groups after consultation with
a group planner agent and dependant on group's size and
itinerary.
Ocean City's accommodations receive
many requests for weddings, reunions, tours groups and others
traveling together. Since multiple rooms are being requested,
often several months in advance, and therefore, "off
the market" for sale to other visitors, OCGroups does
require pre-paid, nonrefundable group deposit reservations.
This ensures that rooms will not be left vacant or unpaid
after other inquires have been refused.

- Cancellation prior to 30 days are subject to attrition rates
per contract
- Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable
- Individual hotel and restaurant polices will be enforced
- Rescheduling of dates is subject to cancellation penalties
